  • You provide consent to collection, storage, processing, use, sharing and disclosure of your personal information as described herein (you may withdraw consent as explained below).
  • If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the Website / App.

We reserve the right to change or update this Privacy Policy at any time. While we may notify you of material changes, you are responsible for checking this page regularly. Continued use of the Website / App after changes constitutes acceptance.

What data is collected?

We strive to collect Personal Information that is adequate, relevant and limited to the purposes for which it was collected. Examples of data we may collect include:

Personal & account information

  • Name, email address, phone number, residential address, designation, location and similar contact details.
  • Registration information you voluntarily provide when you sign up, post feedback, participate in surveys, interact on social media, or fill contact forms.
  • KYC or identity documents where required by a service (e.g., PAN, Aadhaar in hashed/encrypted form where applicable).

Technical & usage data

  • IP address, device identifiers, browser type and operating system, pages visited, timestamps, session and engagement metrics.
  • Cookies, single-pixel GIFs and other tracking technologies to recognize returning devices and improve user experience (you can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work).

We may also collect information at the point of interaction, or with your consent, and record other device- or service-related information described to you at collection time.

Who has access to this data?

The data stored in our systems will be accessed primarily by Atomberg’s engineering and data teams. We may disclose Personal Information to the following categories of recipients:

  • Affiliates: Within Atomberg’s group and affiliates.
  • Business partners: Trusted partners (for example wireless carriers) that help provide requested services.
  • Service providers: Third-party vendors who provide services for or on behalf of Atomberg (their use is limited to providing those services).
  • Other parties: Where required by law, to protect rights or safety, or during mergers, acquisitions or asset transfers (e.g., due diligence by a potential acquirer).

We do not sell personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Personal Information shared on third-party sites may remain available on those sites under their own terms — we are not responsible for third-party site practices.

Purpose of data collection

We use the information we collect to make the Website / App effective and to provide services. Purposes include (but are not limited to):

  • Registering you or your device and delivering requested services or features.
  • Providing customised content, recommendations and marketing communications (with opt-out options where required).
  • Analysing user activity and preferences to improve functionality and performance.
  • Customer and technical support, accounting and billing services.
  • Running promotions, prize drawings or contests (where permitted by law) and requesting feedback.
  • Combining information we collect for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy and to comply with legal requirements.

How do we secure your Personal Information?

Atomberg uses commercially reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards (including secure servers, access controls, encryption where required and adherence to standards such as IS/ISO/IEC 27001 where applicable) to protect data. Only authorised employees, agents and contractors with confidentiality obligations may access personal information.

Transmission over the internet is not completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You agree that the security measures we implement are reasonable; however, we disclaim liability for breaches or unauthorised disclosures beyond our control. We encourage you to take your own precautions (strong passwords, device security).

Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes collected, or as required by contract or law. After the purpose is fulfilled, personal information will be deleted or anonymised securely unless retention is required for legal, regulatory, or contractual reasons.

How can I ask for my data to be deleted?

You may withdraw, modify, or completely withdraw your consent at any time:

Account deletion will remove personal data and anonymize device-related data, subject to legal retention requirements. Withdrawal of consent may prevent us from providing certain services.

How can I request all data related to me and my devices?

You may request a snapshot of the information we hold about you by emailing app@atomberg.com from the email registered with your account. After verifying your email, we will provide the available data related to you and your products.

Miscellaneous

  • You agree to indemnify Atomberg for claims arising out of disclosure of information by you to third parties.
  • Each clause is severable; invalidation of one clause will not affect others.
  • Atomberg disclaims liability for consequential or punitive damages to the extent permitted by law.
  • This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.

NOVA App Privacy Policy (DPDP-Compliant)

Effective:

This section governs collection, use, disclosure and protection of personal information through the NOVA App. By using the App (features such as claim processing, Spin-the-Wheel, surveys, KYC, retailer tools), you explicitly consent to the practices described below in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect (examples)

  • Name, hashed Aadhaar (where applicable), encrypted PAN and bank/UPI details, phone, email, date of birth.
  • KYC documents (invoices, warranty cards), fan images with barcodes/logos, location data (latitude-longitude, pin codes) with explicit consent, encrypted IMEI, IP addresses, network/ VPN indicators.
  • Usage logs: spins, points, redemptions, survey responses, claim histories, verification outcomes, session data and engagement metrics.
  • Fraud indicators such as image hashes and behavioral spikes used for anti-fraud checks.

Purposes

Processing is limited to legitimate purposes such as:

  • Validating and approving claims/redemptions.
  • Administering Spin-the-Wheel, vouchers and third-party microsite redemptions.
  • Fraud prevention, blacklisting, geo-restrictions and tamper detection.
  • KYC verification and scripted verification calls.
  • Analytics, marketing (with opt-out), compliance and audits, IP and promotional usage of submissions (as described).

Disclosure & security

  • Data may be shared internally, with trusted service providers (e.g., Botree Software International Pvt. Ltd.), voucher issuers, cloud vendors (with encryption) and Area Sales personnel as needed.
  • Personal data is not sold. Aggregated/anonymized data may be used for analytics.
  • Robust safeguards include hashing (Aadhaar), encryption (PAN, bank details, IMEI & sensitive files), access controls and audits.

Retention & breach notification

Data is retained only as needed; claims data may be retained (for example up to seven years) where necessary. Breaches are notified to you and authorities within mandated timelines (e.g., within 72 hours where required).

Rights under DPDP

  • Access, correction, erasure, portability and withdraw consent (withdrawal may limit app functionality such as claims or spins).
  • Designate a nominee for data access and lodge grievances via in-App requests or email.

App is not intended for persons under 18. International transfers are performed under secure frameworks or equivalent protections. Third-party microsites are governed by their own policies.

Loyalty Program of Atomberg — Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern participation in Atomberg’s Loyalty Program ("Program"). By using the Program you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility & Participation

  • The Program is available only to invited influencers (invited by an authorised Atomberg Area Sales Executive – “ASE”).
  • Participation requires meeting eligibility criteria and completing registration and KYC.
  • Atomberg may disqualify participants at its sole discretion.

2. Registration & Login

  • Download the App and register with accurate details (name, phone, email, pincode).
  • Enter your invite code to access the Program. Keep credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Atomberg may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse; doing so may forfeit pending rewards and may lead to legal action.
  • Clicking acceptance checkboxes constitutes consent where required by law, or an acknowledgement where consent is not the legal basis for processing.

3. KYC Verification

  • KYC (PAN, Aadhaar, bank details) is required and must be accurate.
  • Atomberg may verify and approve or reject KYC at its discretion. Fraudulent details lead to termination and forfeiture of points/rewards.

4. Points Accumulation

  • Points awarded for valid claims are subject to review and verification.
  • Atomberg may adjust, reverse or cancel points for invalid or fraudulent claims.
  • Fraudulent activity can lead to suspension, termination and legal action.

5. Claims & Redemption

  • Claims must be accurate and valid. Fraud (fake invoices, duplicate claims, barcodes) leads to disqualification and indemnity obligations.
  • Redemptions are subject to availability and Atomberg may modify redeemable items or points values at its discretion.
  • Rewards may be subject to tax deductions (TDS) and other applicable charges per Indian law.

Privacy & Data Use

Participation implies explicit consent to collection, storage and use of your personal information and user-generated content to manage program participation, process claims and send notifications. Data will be handled per Atomberg’s Privacy Policy. Revocation of consent may render you ineligible for the Program.

7. Account Suspension, Termination & Forfeiture

Atomberg may suspend/terminate accounts (and forfeit unredeemed points) for violations including:

  • Breaching these T&Cs
  • Providing false or misleading registration or KYC data
  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior

8. Intellectual Property

The Program content, trademarks (including “NOVA”) and materials are owned by Atomberg. The Nupi App is licensed to Atomberg by Nupi Infotech Limited — intellectual property rights remain with Nupi. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit the App or Program content.

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes governed by Indian law. Parties agree to binding arbitration in Mumbai and waive rights to class actions or collective claims. Atomberg may seek injunctive relief when necessary.

10. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Program provided “as-is”. Atomberg and Nupi are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from participation, including data loss or technical failures.

11. Program Modifications

Atomberg may modify, suspend or terminate the Program or these T&Cs at any time. Changes will be posted in the App and are effective upon posting; continued participation constitutes acceptance.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Atomberg and authorised personnel harmless from claims, losses, damages or expenses arising from your participation or breach of the T&Cs.

13. Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of India and disputes are to be resolved by courts in Mumbai, India.

Acceptance: By participating in the Loyalty Program, you confirm you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, discontinue participation immediately.
